Do you have refills left on your prescription?
Scan this QR Code with your phone camera to get the Neighbor's RX app and send in your refills from your phone !
Be sure to add the app to your home screen so you can find it next time without having to scan the QR code again, follow the easy steps below for Android and Apple phones !
Once you have added it to your homescreen, click on create account and follow the steps. It will send a code to your email to activate account. Once you have done that, you can click add patient and enter your name, birthdate, and a prescription number. BE SURE to use the script numbers of your new prescriptions ( should be 1-2000). We have switched software and the old script numbers will not work for us.
After you have completed the above steps, you are set! You can simply request refills of meds from your phone!
